Marsha Blaker-DeSomma

Marsha Blaker-DeSomma’s new work is composed of hundreds of of thick disks of glass, some of which are hollow and some of which contain clear lenses. The resulting form playfully invites the viewer to move around the piece, looking into its many windows from various vantage points. Viewing the work from multiple angles often reveals surprising interplays between the sculpture and the space in which it is situated.
