Traver Gallery Spring News

Greetings!

Spring is off to a great start here at Traver Gallery. It is hard to believe we're nearly halfway through 2015. We thought you would enjoy hearing about what our amazing artists are up to as well as some important updates from the gallery.

Welcome, Tip Toland!
We are thrilled to announce that artist Tip Toland will now be represented by Traver Gallery. One of contemporary ceramics leading artists, Toland is internationally recognized for her profound and evocative hyper-realistic characters in clay.

Toland's work is included in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; The Archie Bray Foundation, Helena, MT; Kohler Arts Center, WI; and the Renwick Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC.

Congratulations, Lino!
Run to the newsstand today and grab a copy of the June/July issue of American Craft. Traver Gallery artist, maestro Lino Tagliapietra is the cover story. The feature, written by Joyce Lovelace, paints a beautiful portrait of Lino's life-long passion for his art, his enduring commitment to his work, and is accompanied by pages of beautiful images of Lino's work.

To celebrate this important article, we've hand selected five extraordinary new works from Lino's studio to feature this summer.
Please email Jeffery Kuiper, Sales Director, for images and pricing on these exclusive new works.

Congratulations to Preston Singletary for his impressive screen designed for the new Walter Soboleff Center!
The monumental project was revealed on May 15 during the grand opening ceremony of the new Walter Soboleff Center
at the Sealaska Heritage Institute in Juneau, Alaska.
